Overview

I am seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Independent Contractor to join my team as a Remote Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be the bridge between target prospects and my senior sales team. This is a 1099, performance-based position designed for individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment and want the freedom to manage their own schedule and income potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calling and digital outreach.

• Qualification: Use specific criteria to identify high-intent prospects and filter out unqualified leads.

• Scheduling: Successfully book qualified discovery calls or demos onto my calendar.

• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity and appointment status.

• Pipeline Nurturing: Follow up with "warm" leads who have expressed interest but haven't yet committed to a meeting.

Qualifications

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office applications.

• Self-Starter Mentality: Must be disciplined enough to work independently without daily supervision.

• Equipment: Must have a professional home office setup, including a quiet environment and high-speed internet.

Contractor Requirements
